We like clarity
These days, with the huge number of packages being sent all over the globe, it's possible that your order might arrive a little later than expected. We hope you understand — the delivery services are doing their very best!
Here’s our rule:
If the product is in stock and you place your order before 16:00, we’ll post it the very same day. In most cases, you can expect it in your mailbox the next day.
If there’s any delay, it’s usually due to the delivery service, not us. But of course, we’ll always be here to help if you need anything!
Free delivery
Probably you have, just like us, more than 3 valuable items. That's good, because we deliver your order for free in the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany when you order for 30 euro or more.
For other countries we charge a fixed rate per country. Do you want to know what this rate is? Fill in your country on the checkout page. Then the shipping costs will appear on the screen.
